Doctor of Medicine in UK without PLAB Hands on Training in NHS

PG MD MS IN UK Internal Medicine without PLAB is a Three Years Full Time Hands on Training Program. The course constitutes hands-on training in all major clinical specialties e.g. Cardiology, Acute Medicine, Gastroenterology, Diabetes, Psychiatric Medicine, Stroke Medicine and Neurology and others, in NHS Hospital.

Doctor of Medicine course is an opportunity for Indian Medical Graduates to join a Core Medical Training course developed by the British University along with the NHS Hospital in partnership with the Royal College of Physicians, London (GMC, Registration supported by MRCP, London at the beginning of the course).

Entry Requirements for Doctor of Medicine
International Applicants:
•  MBBS or equivalent degree from an internationally Recognized Medical College
•  Two years post MBBS experience including one year of internship at a Hospital.
•  Should not be any unexplained gap in their post MBBS career. They should be in clinical practice. Observer ships won't be considered as experience.
•  Should not have appeared and failed to pass the PLAB examination.
•  IELTS score of 6.5, with a minimum of 5.5 in each section.
•  Completed their undergraduate internship training and be fully registered with the Medical Council in their respective countries.

Doctor of Medicine without PLAB
MD Internal Medicine is a Three Year Clinical Program. It's a blend of Hands on Intensive Clinical Training and research which will prepare you for clinical practice and publication of Research. MD is ideal preparation for completion of MRCP (UK).

Training -Curriculum
Medical Training Initiative by the Royal College of Physician, London, it was agreed that the NHS e-portfolios and the National Core Medical Training Curriculum will be used to train and assess the trainees for the Clinical MD Programme. Therefore, this curriculum was based in line with the RCP London Core Medical Training curriculum under the direction of the JRCPTB-Government of UK
